Žofín Restaurant by STONES is one of Prague’s notable fine-dining restaurant operated by STONES FINE CATERING. It is located behind the National Theatre on Vltava river’s island Slovanský ostrov inside the majestic Neo-Renaissance palace Palác Žofín.

All of these find their voice at Žofín Restaurant. Vegetables, mushrooms, forest berries and meat are all sourced from local gardens, forests, meadows and farmers. Our authentic approach using only fresh ingredients also means healthier and more natural tasting food.

MANAGER

While studying in high school, he began working in gastronomy. The opening of the fine-dining restaurant UFO watch.taste.groove. in Bratislava he deem to be his greatest success. Completed an internship at Gary Danko’s MichelinStar restaurant in San Francisco. He lives in Prague since 2009. Since 2020 he start to work for Stones Catering in the position of restaurant manager Žofín Restaurant by Stones and Žofín Garden by Stones where you are most welcome.
